And so it comes to pass

The stimulus bill has passed.

And now that it has, you can bet Obama will be treated as even more of a "god among men" than he has previously because he so deftly handled the give and take, the rough and tumble, the ham and cheese, the ups and downs, ins and outs, the sturm and drung, of the debating process.

Now comes the 'careful what you wish for' feeling. I hope it works, but I don't know how. And come the 2010 mid-terms, all these idiots could be on their way out of town, on a rail. Merry Christmas, Potter....in jail!

Once again, the privilege class won -- privilege as in unions, a few select infrastructure firms, the government and its worker bees.

Everybody else? Hang in there a few years! We'll get to you. But first the money has to be touched by a few hands -- the few, the lucky and the persistent, the right-place at the right timers, the idlers, etc. Then you'll see it.
